In general fees are frozen if surgeries are performed within 6 months, and if your surgery is pushed after the 6 months your fees may be higher.

All fees include the cost for anesthesiology, operating room, 6 days of hospital stay, and surgeon's fee.  If your hospital stay exceeds 6 days, you will be responsible for the cost according to the charges indicated by the hospital.

If you are over 45 and do not already have an EKG on file with our office at the time of surgery, you will need to have an EKG performed at our hospital, and a cardiologist will read the EKG.  You will be responsible for any fees associated with this.

Payments in full must be received no later than 10 days prior to surgery.  Our office will send you a pre-surgery packet normally within two months of surgery.  You will also receive a checklist documenting the status of your file in terms of letters, missing information, etc.

We highly recommend sending payments via registered mail or courier to avoid it getting lost in the mail.

Cashiers Checks & Personal Checks are NOT Accepted.

We require a $1000.00 deposit in order to reserve your date of surgery, payable to Dr. Movagharnia, or his Center.  Please remember this deposit is non-refundable.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your surgery this deposit will NOT be applied toward your next surgery, and we may apply this money towards a trust to help offset GRS for those individuals less fortunate.
